"The first thing that we will need to do is take our apples and our apple peeler and prepare our apples. Make sure that you wash your fruit and then peel. The next thing you will want to do after your apple has been peeled, is half it and then quarter it. I like this little baby chef knife. It has a big flat blade on it so that I can cut straight and sometimes you need a little paring knife to do the coring part so that it is easy to carve and get all the little pieces that you don't want to eat. Once you've got your apples peeled, I am going to go ahead and do these in 8th and I do not like an apple pie that has crunchy apples. So try to make the apples small enough so that they cook all the way through and then just slice them up like this. "
