"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this delicious refreshing eggnog ice cream. Now our custard has been fully chilled for at least two hours, it's time to make the ice cream. If your ice cream maker uses one put your canister in the freezer at least for the day before you want to give it about 24 hours so that the cooling inside is fully frozen before assembling your ice cream maker. If you have a mixer that goes inside of it you want to put that in before you put in your ice cream because as soon as the custard base hits the inside of that ice cream maker it's going to start freezing. You are going to gently remove our plastic wrap from the top of our custard base and we don't want to spill any of this and then we are going to rapidly pour it into the center of our ice cream maker. You want to do this as quickly as you can because like I said as soon as it touches the frozen part it's going to start freezing and you want to get your ice cream maker started as quickly as possible. You are going to put the cover on of course all of this is going to vary depending on your ice cream maker and then we are going to start the ice cream maker. Now depending on your ice cream maker and its freezing power it will probably take at least 20 minutes before your ice cream is ready. So you want to follow the directions on your recipe and your ice cream maker."
