"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a variety of tiny tarts. Our next step is to put about 1 teaspoon of our chocolate filling into our tartlets. Once again you want to make sure do not over flow the tarts but the same time you have to be aware of making sure that you get enough in there so that the nut is covered. So some of these that have slightly higher sides you can get a little bit more chocolate filling in there and some of those with lower sides to put quite as much in it. Now the filling is a little bit difficult to maneuver because of the egg it has a certain gooweyness to the texture so it wants to go whether where it wants to rather than where you want to. But if you're using a small teaspoon or measuring teaspoon either one will work just fine, it's not too difficult to gage how much filling should be going into each little tartlet shell. The important thing of course if just to try and get it as close to the top but not over the top, the filling will expand a little bit in baking so you don't want it to be at the point to where it's going to overflow the edge of the tartlet. You just want a little bit more such as in that one, just a little bit more there and then we are about to finish up filling up this pan. After we have all of our chocolate into our tartlet shells then we will be ready for the next step."
