"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a variety of tiny tarts. Now that the chocolate and butter are melted and combined it's time to add the rest of the ingredients. We are going to be adding 1/3 of a cup of sugar, you may want to add a little bit less if you're using milk chocolate instead of semi sweet chocolate. I'm going to pour that in, then we'll be adding 1 egg and the egg you just want to make sure that yolk gets broken as you're mixing it in. Cause you want it to be fully incorporated and then last but not least we are going to be adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla. We want to make sure and mix it up really well so that everything is full incorporated before moving on to our next step. So you can see that the egg of course if resisting mixing because it's a totally different texture from the rest of it. The sugar has already been absorbed as well as the vanilla so we are just going to stir this for another moment. You also want to take care, that you do this quickly so that the chocolate doesn't have a chance to cool and lump up. It's something that you do have to be aware of but once you get everything all mixed in it should be a nice smooth consistency and a good texture for pouring in our cups."
