"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a variety of tiny tarts. Now that we have our filling all mixed up, the cranberries and the walnuts it's time to put them into the pastry shells that we created earlier. So I'm going to use about 1 teaspoon per cup perhaps a little bit more or less depending on how full they are in the pastry. But you want to make sure that you leave a little bit of room for expansion because this is an egg mixture, it's going to expand a little bit as it cooks. So we are just going to put 1 teaspoon into each one, you also want to make sure for some of them if the pastry crust did not come all the way up at the top that you don't over fill it. So for some of these it will have a little bit more in them and you can put a touch of filling in there. For those that are a little bit short you want to use a little bit less. Now the recipe that I gave you for creating this filling it's going to be enough to fill all of the pastry cups. However, I want to give you more options so I'm going to do another filling as well and we are only going to fill about half of these cups, the cranberry walnuts mixture leaving enough room for our next filling.
