"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a variety of tiny tarts. Now that we have our pastry dough all ready in our muffin tins it's time to start working on the fillings. The first filling that I'm going to show you how to do is a cranberry nut filling. So what we are going to do is chop up a 1/3 of a cup of cranberries and 3 tablespoons of walnuts before we mix in the rest of our ingredients. To chop up the walnuts we are just going to use a nice rocking motion, this will quickly chop up the walnuts and let's measure them out. So we only want 3 tablespoons of them so there is one tablespoon and two and it looks like we have about 3 tablespoons chopped up in here. Next we are going to chop up a 1/3 of a cup of cranberries and you want to use fresh cranberries, not frozen ones. The fresh ones of course can roll across the counter and it's going to be a little bit more than a 1/3 of a cup after they are chopped up. So we are just going to measure a little over a third and start chopping them. We are going to use the similar motion because they are round you have to be a little bit more careful. Actually cutting them in half so that they are not running all over the place this might take a few extra moments but it will be worth it in clothing saved from not being stained from berry juice squirting out all over the place. You just want it chopped up and then we are going to mix them with the nuts then move onto our next step."
