"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a variety of tiny tarts. Now it's time that since we have our little balls of dough we are going to be putting them into a miniature muffin tin. So these are little more than an inch across, this is the size that we want to use for our mini tarts. What we are going to do is take one small ball of dough and we are going to press it into a cup and you do not need to grease the muffin tins. You want them ungreased because of all the butter and cream cheese and we are just going to spread it around in the cup. So you want to have enough of an indication in there so that you can get about one teaspoon of filling per cup. The more flat on the bottom that you can get the better. When making the balls you are going to end up with about two dozens of them so you want either an extra large mini muffin tin that has 24 spaces or you're going to want to use 2 of them. As you can see the dough is getting very sticky you need to work quickly with it otherwise it's just going to stick to your fingers while you are trying to spread it around. Now that we have a pastry in all of the muffin tins it's time to move on to our next step."
