"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make this delicious refreshing eggnog ice cream. For making our eggnog ice cream there will be several different pieces of equipment that you're going to need. First you'll need a small sauce pan in order to heat up the milk and the eggs in making our custard. Secondly you'll need lots of bowls. Now the bowls are for various things such as separating our eggs; you want to make sure you have a couple of different bowls for that. Also you'll need bowls for mixing up your custard in, it's great to have some stacking bowls because you'll want to cool your custard off a little bit before putting it in your refrigerator to cool completely. So you if have stacking bowls then it'll be a lot easier for putting the custard into an ice bath. You'll also need some measuring cups and measuring spoons for measuring out all of your ingredients. You'll need a strainer because after we cook our custard we'll need to strain it. Of course a spatula, a wooden spoon for stirring and scrapping, you'll also need a container to put your egg whites in because we'll only be using the yolks to making our ice cream. You can use those egg whites for other various purposes, and then last but not least you'll need an ice cream maker. A little bit later on I'll talk about different ice cream makers but just safe to know that you'll definitely need an ice cream maker for making your eggnog ice cream."
