"I just want a few ounces of chocolate to go into my peanut butter frosting because if peanut butter frosting is nice, wouldn't chocolate peanut frosting be even nicer. So, I took a couple of ounces. This entire chunk is a little over four ounces. I'm not going to use that much. So I'm just going to shave off some of this and I want to melt it, stick it in the microwave. This is going into, this is just one ingredient in the recipe, so we can just stick it in the microwave for a few, just a minute, that's okay. And I'm shaving it instead of cutting it up in chunk because it'll just melt faster, easier if it's not in big chunks. So, you don't have to shave it like I am but it just melts faster and easier if you do. So, we continue shaving this. This is a bitter-sweet chocolate. You can use whatever you want. If you don't like bitter-sweet, you prefer a milkier, sweeter chocolate, you can. I just almost always go for the bitter-sweet. It has a higher cocoa content. To me it just tastes better. It's a higher quality. Not as bad for you, actually, because there is less sugar, more cocoa, so I'm just going to shave off a little more. I don't need a whole lot in there, maybe just a little bit more, that much more and we'll pop it in the microwave. You get that melty for the rest of our chocolate peanut butter frosting."
