"Hi, I'm Kara with Expert Village and today we'll be making brownies with spinach and carrot puree. Now that we have our egg whites separated from our egg yolks we can add them to our mixture. I'm just going to add them both at the same time and again whisk to combine. The egg whites will be tougher to get all combined but just keep mixing and it will get in there. When it's all incorporated you should be able to see any of the egg white left."
