"Look at that beautiful perfect batter. Let's get into talking about the tins. Line the muffin tins with little cupcake liners. You don't have to use these. You can just butter up, grease up the muffin tins and they will look more like a muffin. These cupcake liners are so much easier. It's kind of messy trying to pour in. I like to use a measuring cup. My hand gets a little messy, but that's o.k. I just find it so much easier. It's bit dripping so much if I can use my little measuring cup. You want to fill it up a little over 3/4 of the way, because they will rise a little. You don't want it to overflow. See about how full that one is? We are going to put something in the middle that is actually going to push it up a little bit higher. So, just keep that in mind. You can use a mini muffin pan if you like, although you probably wouldn't have room in the cupcakes to put a little surprise in the middle because the cupcakes would be a little small. But, if you want to switch it up a little, you could use a smaller one. I'm going to finish pouring these in here. We're getting to the oven. And just to let you know, sometimes I have a little excess batter. I will grab my second muffin pan out of my pantry because I have two of them, or just eat it. I trust you will find something to do with the extra batter. When we finish filling these up, we're going to pop them in the oven. "
