This healthy take on brownies incorporates spinach and carrot puree is a great way to get your kids and even yourself to eat some extra vegetables. Today the ingredients we'll be using is 3/4 of a cup of flour, 1/2 cup of carrot puree, spinach puree is over here 1/2 of a cup, non stick cooking spray, 1/2 of a cup of brown sugar, (light or dark) 1/4 cup of cocoa, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 3 oz of semi sweet chocolate for baking, 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoons of margarine butter spread, 1/2 of a teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder."
