"Hi, this is Karen for Expert Village. Next we'll be adding the egg yolk. You want to add the egg yolks while the chocolate is still on a very low flame and you'll add those eggs one at a time. Just dump one in, then you want to stir it in really kind of whip it in there until it's completely mixed in and then you add the next one. You want to add those egg yolks one at a time and then beat them in really well until it's smooth. When our yolks are completely stirred in, we're going to transfer our chocolate mixture into a very large working bowl. This is the bowl we'll be folding in the whip cream and the egg whites to make our mousse. So we'll pour it all in here and set it aside to cool. "
