"Hi, this is Karen for Expert Village. Now we'll be melting the chocolate with the sugar, the coffee and the water. Start by putting the water into a sauce pan and we're going to bring that into a boil on the stove. When the water is boiling, add the 1 tablespoon of coffee and 1/2 cup of sugar and stirring until the sugar is dissolved, when the sugar is completely dissolved, lower the heat and add the chocolate and continue stirring until the chocolate is melted and smooth. You want to be careful not to have a high heat and burn the chocolate, so keep that heat very low and stir constantly."
