"Hi, I'm Katalin the creator of Creative English in Hungary and I am here on behalf of expert village. Today I'm going to show you how to make gingerbread man for Christmas. When you mix it a little bit or when you mix it more or less then you can start mixing it together. Kneading it with your hands, it's a bit sticky work but fun. So of course wash your hands first. It's good fun for the kids because they like sticky hands. Ok, you can do it with one hand or two hands, it's up to you. And if you turn your bowl around then you have more chance to mix all the bits and pieces together just like that. And you just press the dough between your fingers and then you can turn the whole thing around and mix, mix the flour in. Very good. If you feel that your dough is not soft enough you can put some butter or maybe more honey with it, but I think that should be alright. If you can actually press it out between your fingers then the texture is good. If it's too sticky and you can't actually knead it then you will probably need some more. Because it depends on the flour, it depends on the butter, it depends on the honey as well, so these ingredients are rough, I mean the measurements are rough. Ok, if it's getting harder you can stand up a bit. Of course if the family is big or you are expecting guests you can make double the amount. You will see how much I can make from this. If it's too sticky then you will probably need a little bit more flour in it."
