"Hi, I'm Katalin, the creator of Creative English in Hungary, and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Gingerbread Men for Christmas. First, let's take half a kilo of flour. I personally like mixing the whole wheat flour with the white flour, because that makes the taste a bit better. So, let's find the flour, ok. I pour it in into the bowl, ok, and then we need about two hundred grams of sugar, but you can actually put less or more, depending on your taste. That's a bit too much; put some back, that will do it. I pour it together with the flour. Now I'm going to put some baking soda in it. Well, I use about one coffee spoon of baking soda, ok, and a tiny little bit of salt, some cinnamon. I mean, you can provide those spices according to your taste. We love cinnamon, so I put quite a lot in it. Then I'm also going to put some mixture that is especially made for Gingerbread Men. I put in about two spoonful of this mixture, ok. Maybe I can put a little bit of chocolate, dry chocolate, just to give a little hint of chocolate taste, okay."
