Video Transcript

"Hi my name is Jane Murphy I'm here at Zen Clay Cafe in Morgantown, West Virginia and I'm going to be showing you a heart healthy bread recipe on behalf of Expert Village. In my last flour, for the last step on the flour is going to be 2 cups of bread flour, I use unbleached flour. I'm going to put 1 cup into the bowl and since I'm using a mixture rather than a bread machine, I'm going to measure the 2nd cup but I'm going to add it at the end when it does its last bit of mixing. And the last thing that we're going to add before we take it to the mixture is going to be 1 tablespoon of baking yeast, put that in."
