"Hi my name is Jane Murphy I'm here at Zen Clay Cafe in Morgantown, West Virginia and I'm going to be showing you a heart healthy bread recipe on behalf of Expert Village. Our second step we're going to measure some milk if you can not find a fat free buttermilk, what you can do is take a low fat buttermilk and put about one half cup in a measuring container, I use 4 cups measure and then go up to 1 3/4 total milk with skim milk. And I like to take that and put in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute to get it a little bit warm."
