"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking to you today on behalf of Expert Village. As you can see all this steam coming up, it's boiling, it's ready to go. We're going to stick this pot on top of that pot. All that steam and heat is going to heat the top of this. This is perfect for double boiling and making chocolate. We're going to add our chocolate chips to the double boiler, evenly distribute them all across the bottom of that, and this will melt that chocolate believe it or not. Basically guys if you want to do this in the microwave, I guess you can, it's up to you. But when dealing with chocolate you want to melt at the lowest possible heat you can and double boiling is the perfect way to do it. You want to leave this pot on high heat until the chocolate is fully cooked. If you want to turn it down just a little bit, you can. If the water, you see it has evaporated, you want to maybe even check it because it can evaporate. After awhile if there's no water left, just add water. Basically guys this is how you melt your chocolate and that's how you add the chocolate to your double boiler."
