Combine Marshmallow with Caramel for Rocky Road Candy Apples

"Hey guys, my name is J and I am talking on behalf of Expert Village. What I am going to do is I am going to add about a handful of marshmallows to my caramel pot, actually I am going to probably do two handfuls and what I am doing is I am wanting to melt these marshmallows into my caramel, that way I got a nice white and caramel colored mix. As you can see it quickly happens and this gives it a nice little look and flavor. What you can do is not do, you don't have to do this, you can actually add the marshmallows straight on to your apples if you like but they are a little big and heating them up kind of gives them a different taste, kind of like a smore. So as you can see guys, just stir these in there, leave it on the same heat and they are going to be ready, really, really fast. Thanks!"
