"Hey guys, my name is Jay and I’m talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. I’m going to show you guys how to add the caramel to the pot. What you want to do is have your pot here and make sure that you have a non-stick pot. What you want do is you want to get your stove on the low heat; you want to do it probably around a one or two. You want to add your caramels and the waters to the pot, and you want to evenly distribute every little piece so that it can be touching the pot. To make this get nice and hot, but not too hot, you’re going to put the lid on it, that the way the steam kind of stays in there but you want to leave this on low heat, guys, don’t want to turn it up too high don’t want to burn your caramel and you don’t want it to stick to the bottom and get all mushed, all weird like chocolate gets. If you want to put this on a double boiler which I was originally going to do, um you can do that, I’m going to do it in this saucepan this time, just to, that way I can have a double boiler later on when I’m making my chocolate. Thanks guys for listening. "
