"Hey guys! My name is J. and I am talking on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I am going to tell you what kind of apples to use for your caramel apples. As far as apples, we are going to be using a green Granny Smith apple. Now these apples are very very small, they are delicious and they have this nice bright green color. This color is going to give us a good contrast. When we stick that caramel on there, it is going to be beautiful caramel coating on there and we are going to have a beautiful green top that is going to look beautiful. When you are picking these at the store, you want to make sure that they have a nice green color all around. Feel them and make sure there is no bruising or discoloration on them. That is about it for picking your apples for your caramel apples. Thank you, you guys."
