"Hey guys! My name is J. and I am talking on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I am going to tell you what kind of apples to use for your caramel apples. As far as apples, we are going to be using a green Granny Smith apple. Now these apples are very very small, they are delicious and they have this nice bright green color. This color is going to give us a good contrast. When we stick that caramel on there, it is going to be beautiful caramel coating on there and we are going to have a beautiful green top that is going to look beautiful. When you are picking these at the store, you want to make sure that they have a nice green color all around. Feel them and make sure there is no bruising or discoloration on them.
