"Hello I'm Karen Saylors with Expert Village and I'm here today to show you how to make sweet potato souffle. Now the sweet potatoes finally are done. It has been about 20 minutes or so cooking and then we are going to pour these into and pour the water all out. Now we are going to pour them into a mixing bowl.
