"Hello I'm Carolyn Saylors with Expert Village and I'm here today to show you how to make sweet potato souffle. Now we need to just wash them really good. I went ahead and peeled 5 just in case I need them. I fill it about half way the water and I turn it on and get it to boil. Now we are going to cut up and so they take less time to cook them. Just big old chunks. They are better when they are thinner but they are hard to cut. Okay well it is not quiet boiling yet but I'm going to go ahead and put them in there. Just there we go just put the lid on them and let them cook. "
