"Hi! My name is Bill Kosmas. I'm the owner of Greenhouse Effect and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm trying to show you how to make a crepe the easy way. The batter is mixing up. We're waiting for the batter to get all melted and cooled down. You can use the time to clean up your mess, which eliminates you doing it later. It's not really a messy item to do, but it does create a mess. We can put our dishes away, and now utensils. That way we can use the time wisely. That way we don't waste time doing it. Also, we're going to need to strain it after everything is done. We need to strain the batter and put it in a container. Use a simple screen like that. That way you don't get no clumps in your crepe batter. The crepe batter has to flow on the grill and it comes out smooth. If it has those clumps inside of it, it will not do as good folding the job with it. It'll look like little lumps on it. "
