"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Bill Kosmas. I'm here showing you today how to make a crepe batter. We barely just got done mixing the eggs, the flour, salt, and sugar. Our next step is get a pound of butter, warm it up in a pan, and make it melt. In the pan and let it melt. When the butter gets melted, then we pour it inside the mix. We let the mix go about 15 minutes, so everything can go nice and smooth. When the butter gets done, we have to cool it down so the eggs with not coagulate in the flour. Otherwise, you're going to have clumps inside. We wait for the batter to get done, and then we can put the butter inside. Then we'll be done with an easy way of making a crepe batter."
