"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Bill Kosmas. I'm here to show you how to make a batter for crepes. We have to put 2 cups of sugar and mix it up real good. Then we'll put 2 tablespoons of salt. Then we have to take 13 eggs, crack them open, and put them inside the batter as it gets mixed. We'll let it mix for a while. We have to stir the eggs before they get in there. Just separate them as much as we can. Pour them inside and let them mix with the batter. Then we have to take one pound of butter, put it in the pan, and heat it up. The batter has to run down and then we have to cool it off so it will not tighten up the eggs inside the batter."
