"My name is Ashley Sarkis, on behalf of Expert Village. Today I will be making angel food cake with whipped cream and strawberries. Alright the next step while the egg whites are still stirring, I'm going to go ahead and get my lemon juice out of this lemon. You're going to take the lemon and just roll it over. It softens the lemon and also it makes it easier to squeeze the juice out of it. You be pretty rough on lemons, they've got a tough skin. So, that's about good, and then, you just take the end here, and just slice it off, and then squeeze it, rah, ooh, lots of seeds! That's pretty good and then you can just measure out two teaspoons, or if you want to add a little bit more, depending on how lemony you want. "
