"My name is Ashley Sarkis, on behalf of Expert Village. Today I will be making angel food cake with whipped cream and strawberries. Also, too, while you're breaking the yolk, it's probably easier, or breaking the eggs, it's probably easier to do it at the top, and that way you can have a little more control over the egg and the white. There we go. And with that, I just took my fingers, sometimes it's the thick part of the egg whites, they get a little stubborn, so you have to cut it off with your finger. There we go. And, I think two more, and then we should be about done here. And if for some reason you do get yolk in the egg whites, you can always use a turkey baster to squeeze some of it out of the whites, suck it out, rather. And just be sure when doing these, you just take your time and be deliberate on them so that way you have it right the first time. "
