And, I think two more, and then we should be about done here. And if for some reason you do get yolk in the egg whites, you can always use a turkey baster to squeeze some of it out of the whites, suck it out, rather. And just be sure when doing these, you just take your time and be deliberate on them so that way you have it right the first time. "
