"Hi! This is Hon Hei. I'm really happy to do a video for Expert Village, and today I'm making an egg roll for you. I'm going to put the egg roll into the oil. First I want to make sure that oil is really hot. The best temperature is around 360 degrees. Some signal for you to understand how the temperature is when you see the oil start moving, that means it's about time. You can just feel the temperature. Just don't do that, it's really dangerous. You can see the oil is moving. We place the egg roll in there. Just slowly place it. Just stir a little bit. Make sure both sides are cooked."
