"Hi! This is Hon Hei. I'm really happy to do a video for Expert Village, and today I'm making an egg roll for you. Step 7; I'm going to fold the egg roll. First of all, I have to turn on the oil first. Make sure the oil is on. Now we start. Put it in the middle first and grab it tight. Come from the left hand side. Make it straight. Right hand side. Make it straight and then roll it. Same right here. Start in the middle and just grab it tight. Do the left hand side and the right hand side and then roll it. Use the egg yolk and stick it on the edge. Now you have the egg roll like this."
