"Hi! This is Hon Hei. I'm really happy to do a video for Expert Village, and today I'm making an egg roll for you. In step 4 we're going to break all the vegetables and just make it dry and put in room temperature for 3 hours and we're ready to stuff. Now we start to break it using hands. Clean hands, wash you hands first. Make sure you break all the vegetables. Few hours later, there's a lot of water that comes out from the vegetables."
