"Hi, my name's Kip, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we're making New York style cheesecake. In this clip, we've finished baking our cheesecake, and its now finished cooling in the refrigerator. I've taken a slice, and we've put it on a plate, and we're going to go ahead and garnish that plate. You can garnish the New York style cheesecake, or cheesecake of any kind, but this is the New York style cheesecake that we made, and it looks really good. You can garnish it any way you'd like to. I kind of like to take a little bit of powdered sugar, put it on the bottom of my plate, put my cheesecake on it, and then I'm going to take some raspberries. Sometimes you can blend these raspberries up, and make a little sauce that you can drizzle over the top of the cheesecake. But today I think I'm just going to put a few raspberries over the top, like so. Then, I'm going to take a little bit of the juice, and I'm just going to drizzle that over, as well. Then I'm going to take some mint leaves, and I'm going to put a few mint leaves on this side. Just a few for looks, and you can eat them when you're done, and I think I'll put two on this side. You don't want to put them equal, three and three. That would just be too uniform. There we have a New York style cheesecake, ready to serve."
