"Hi my name's Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're making a New York style cheesecake. We've prepared our filling, we've prepared our crust, we've done all of the preparations and now it's time to take our filling, add it to our pastry crust and do our final baking of the New York style cheesecake. At this point all we have to do is add our filling into our pie tin. You really really really must use one of these form pans for cheesecake, if you don't have one you'll have to get one to do this correctly because it is almost impossible to cut a cheesecake and take it out like you would a normal pie. Of course they call this a cake but it has sides that comes out but this whole rim around this pan has a clip and you can un-clip the clip and off she goes. So just spread that on in there you don't have to be real particular because as it warms up it will start to smooth out and flow to the different areas. Once we've done that, put her in the oven and bake her for a really long time. Set your timer to one hour and twenty-five minutes and that's how long it takes to bake this New York style cheesecake. Hi my name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of expert village we've just put our New York style cheesecake in the oven and set our timer to one hour and twenty-five whole minutes and now we're going to sit around and wait to see what we get."
