"Hi, my name is Kip, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're making a New York Style Cheesecake. And we are just baking the last five minutes of our pastry crust. And so now we need to begin to make the filling for this cake. The ingredients we will need for this filling will be as follows. You will need a pound and a half of cream cheese, softened. And to soften cream cheese, just pop it in the microwave for fifteen, twenty seconds. You are going to need a quarter cup of plain flour. You are going to need a cup of sugar, either cane or castor sugar. Something fine. Regular sugar will work, but its best to use the finest. And you're going to need two-thirds cup of cream. Four eggs, and you're going to need two tablespoons, or two teaspoons each of orange rine and lemon rine."
