"Okay, we have the sour cream, sugar, and cream cheese in there. We're adding the eggs, one at a time, so what I did I put them in a bowl, cause this way you can just pour them in one at a time, just slowly, carefully. Oop, there's one egg. This way you can easily add one egg at a time instead of to stop, break one in there, stop, break another and put it in there. This is really simple to just add one at a time, just tracks them right in there. And, if you have a hand mixer, it's not a big deal. You can still have them in a bowl, you can even double fist it, have your mixer in one hand, your eggs in the other. There's the third egg. It's coming together beautifully. Just about right, add the fourth egg. There we go. Oh, yeah, it's looking perfect. Alright, let's add the fifth egg, then dump all that in there. There we go. That's five eggs, again, at room temperature. And for our very last ingredient to go in here, I'm gonna just add a tablespoon of vanilla. Get our measuring spoons here. Can't have a good classic cheesecake without the vanilla. There we go. Okay, I'm gonna let this mix together. And again, scrape down the sides, make sure everything's really well incorporated and then we'll be ready to put it on top of our crust in our spring form pan and into the oven."
