I do not know one person in this world who does not like cheesecake. Really, I don't think I have ever encountered someone who didn't like it. There are people who don't like chocolate, as bazaar as it is, people who don't like brownies. Bazaar, but I've never met a living soul who doesn't like cheesecake. And on the top of our cheesecake, we're making a kiwi fruit topping. I had this idea, I was recently eating some kiwi. I just love kiwi, I just love it, love it, love it. And I thought, what a great little twist instead of a raspberry, or even strawberry. Strawberry's my favorite. Instead of one of those traditional toppings, let's just change it a little and it'll still have some fruit, still be similar, it'll have that really distinct flavor that kiwi has. It'll be perfect. We are gonna be making a classic cheesecake today with a little bit different crust than you normally see, but a classic cheesecake. And one of the things I like about cheesecake is that you can make so many different varieties. You can make chocolate, you can make caramel, or you can make a mocha or you can make it fruity, make it layered, or whatever you want to do, really change it up if you want to. But today, I just want to go over a basic, one is classic and everyone loves it. And also, once you get down the basics on making a cheesecake, from that point you can use that as a springboard to make any other kind of cheesecake you could possibly crave. So let's get started on our classic cheesecake with a vanilla wafer crust and kiwi fruit topping."
