"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a rich espresso fudge. For our fudge we'll be making today is the first thing we are going to do is go over the ingredients. We will be using white granulated sugar, marshmallow creme, a little bit of vanilla, espresso beans; if you can get chocolate covered ones that is even better so these will be used for decorative purposes. You want 2 tablespoons of instant espresso powder, 1/4 cup of butter which 1/2 of stick, heavy whipping cream, sweeten condensed milk (make sure that it's sweeten) You're going to have a little bit of water and then last but not least most importantly you're going to have 3 different types of chocolate. You're going to have unsweetened chocolate, bitter sweet chocolate, and then for decoration on top of the fudge we are going to use white chocolate. Now it's very important when you buy your white chocolate that you make sure that it's true white chocolate instead of flavored white chocolate. You can tell by looking at the list of ingredients and on the back it will have cocoa butter as one of the main ingredients. This is key about having a good quality white chocolate."
