"Hi, my name is Gator Hillard, I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to talk today about making bread pudding with a bourbon sauce. Alright, We've got our bread pudding in. These are our ingredients that we had talked about. The first thing you need to do to start making the sauce is starting melting one and half sticks of butter. So, it's already been kind of soft. You just want to go ahead and dump that in. You don't want to have your pot too hot because all it's going to do is it's going to brown your butter and it's going to screw up everything. So just keep it like a low to medium heat and what you basically want to do is you just want to stir it, just melt it up until it's all those milk solids get separated, right. Alright, so basically like I said, you want to keep on stirring this. The butter is going to start separating, it's not a big deal, it's obviously what happens when you melt butter. But, it's very important that you do keep it at a low to medium heat because if not you're going to brown it and everything that you stick in there is going to taste burnt. You don't want that. You just wait till everything gets melted down before you add your next ingredient. And you basically want it to just water, that kind of consistency. Keep your handle off so you know, when you're doing this you're not going to knock over the pot and burn your self or anything like that. Something that I learned."
