"I'm Johnny Kha and this is Expert Village today we'll learn how to make Creme Brulee so now we're going to prep the ingredients to make the creme brulee and first we're going to start by making a cut on the vanilla beans that we have here. If you have you knife what your going to try to do is cut the vanilla beans all the way down to make a pretty good slit press down just a little bit firmly. So that you can at least make a little gap opening sometimes it's a little hard and then when you kind of roll it up just a tad bit you should be able to open it up. Now that the vanilla bean is open what you want to try to do is extract the beans and your going to take your knife kind of get it flat and you just kind of scrap it down, and you have your vanilla beans."
