"I'm Johnny Kha and this is Expert Village today we'll learn how to make Creme Brulee so next we're going to need some utensils and here are some of the basic utensils that you need to make creme brulee. These are the measuring spoons you'll need a measuring cup, a whisk, a ramican which is also considered like a tart dish, you'll need a sauce pan, a pan to do the whisking with for your creme and eggs, and also you'll need a hand strainer this will help us as we go into the process and straining the creme mixture that I'll be showing you in a little bit. Also you'll need a cake pan this cake pan will help you during the bake process, a knife and I'll be using this for demonstration you can use other knives as well preferably you can use a pairing knife to use this to cut for the vanilla beans. Also you need a oven you don't necessarily need the largest oven here I just have a portable oven and this is where we'll be making our creme brulee. So this is the bowl that you need to mix your eggs and sugar you don't have to use a medal bowl this is just what I have in hand, you can use a glass bowl or anything that's convenient for you. Last but not least the torch its a kitchen torch."
