" Hi this is Diana for expertvillage.com and today I'm working with David from The Big Easy Catering Company and I'm going to show you one of the ways that I like to arrange the dipping fruit around on the platter to go around the chocolate fountain. So we have some pretzels. A lot of people like that salty crunchy taste in there chocolate. I'm going to put that into one side. I have a bag of marshmallows. These are great especially if you have little kids. I have several different kinds of cookies. Along with some chocolate sandwich cookies or oreos are good in this chocolate also. Then I have my fruit. I tried to use navel oranges because they don't have any seeds. I also have some apples. I have some pears and of course strawberries would be great with this to. "
