"Hi this is David from The Big Easy Catering Company in Santa Barbara California for expertvilliage.com. Today we are assembling a chocolate fountain and now we have gotten to the part were we put this together. So we already know about the motor and the bowl. This is were the chocolate will go in. so what you want to do is there are when you are able you set this down on top and it locks in and you turn it a half turn. So now you have the bowl together ready to go and then you have the auger. This is what is going to lift the chocolate up to the top. A really great little device. You just put that on top here it does have a pretty specific little edge there and then you got that in and this is the tower. This is going to go over the top and you would be able to see when you get it it would be able to go down the grooves and it would just turn it. About a quarter turn like that that would suitable it right there. Then you have something called the guard. This is going to go down over the top of this all the way to the bottom and that would keep the chocolate from over flowing and then you have a smaller lid here that goes over the top and on. Then you have another one that fits right on top and then this is the cap this would go right on top here. This would disburse the chocolate."
