" Hello this is David from The Big Easy Catering Company in Santa Barbara California for expertvilliage.com. Today we are going to show you how to do a chocolate fountain. There are certain parts to this that you need to put together but they are very easy so I will show you what these parts are. So you just open your box and pretty soon you see a motor this is to run the chocolate fountain. As you see it has one knob this would actually warm the chocolate up and then you bowl that would go with it. This is a would hold the chocolate and start to warm it through. Then we have the auger this is actually going to lift the chocolate up through the machine and then we have the tower. This would hold the auger in place and then we have three canopy the large one would go first then we have the middle one, we have the top one and there would actually be the cap that the chocolate would go through.
