"Hi I am Georgette Rampone with Expert Village. We are making pumpkin spice cupcakes today with vanilla bean cream cheese icing. We are about ready to put our batter into the cupcake tins. Now we want to make sure that our cupcake tins don't overflow so that we do not have a muffin top so we are going to fill them about three quarters full. This recipe should make about 18 cupcakes. Most standard cupcake pans hold 12 cupcakes and others 6. We are going to be doing about a batch and a half of cupcakes. Perfect.
