As I was growing up, my family was in the food industry. We had restaurants, delicatessens, macaroni/ravioli factories, food stores, and a catering business. I was practically raised on an industrial kitchen floor. Today I'm going to be sharing one of my very special recipes for pumpkin spiced cupcakes. This recipe was originally developed for southern California bakery and was intended to be offered as a special holiday offering, but it became so popular. More popular in fact than their chocolate cupcakes that the decided to keep it on their venues permanently on year long. It's one of their top sellers. I think it’s because of the cream cheese vanilla bean icing. I think that's what makes it so special. Here we go with pumpkin spice cupcakes."
