"Hi, I'm Karen for Expert Village. Today we'll be making a chilled lemon mousse. Here are the ingredients we'll be using: we'll need 14 egg whites, you can use whole eggs and remove the yokes or I'll also show you how to use this dried egg white product; we'll need 2 cups of sugar; 2 cups of heavy cream or whipping cream; you'll need 1 cup of lemon juice, I like to use fresh lemons since it gives you the nicest flavor but you can also use bottled lemon juice. Each lemon will yield about 3 tablespoons to 1/4 cup of juice, so you need about 4 to 6 lemons; we'll also be using 2 packages of unflavored gelatin and 2 tablespoons of water."
