"Hi! On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make Ganache from my new book "Not Just Desserts." Here we're going to continue. It's a very rhythmic movement. You're just applying pressure again with your right hand, guiding with your left. If you feel like you have to stop to reposition then you probably will, because sometimes you need to pull the icing down into the bag. Now you're using it up and it's going to create a space there. You're just going to have air get in there and then you're going to have a broken wall here. Okay, so now we're going to finish this off. Remember apply pressure, pull around very smooth and rhythmic. It's actually good thereapy. Okay, so there's your wall, and it's a pretty wall too. "
