"Hi! On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make Ganache from my new book " Not Just Desserts." Okay, so now I'm going to show you how to create a border around a simple one layer cake. You can make it doubled layer cake or any kind of cake you want. I'm going to show you how to pipe chocolate icing. This is not ganache, but regular chocolate icing that you can make or buy in the cans of chocolate fudge. I'm going to show you how to pipe a border around here so that we can pour ganache on top to make our topping for a cake. A nice smooth surface so that you can use to write happy birthday, congratulations, or whatever the occasion is. "
