"So now we're going to show you different ways of using ganache; it's very versatile. As I said, it's very different from any other chocolate icing because it's not sweet and it's not too much. It has a very mellow flavor and rich chocolate flavors to the your brownies. Brownies are already very rich and you don't want to really add a very sugary type of icing. What we're going to do is I've taken a basic store bought brownie mix and I've prepared it according to the directions and baked it in an 8 inch square pan, which is perfect for one box of brownie mix. I particularly like to use Duncan Hines because it has a rich flavor. You can get get a dark chocolate fudge flavor that they have, and this is the one I used today."
